Say it straight. We’re listening

The problem

Feedback that arrives weeks later, from the few who reply.

Health and social care services are under growing pressure to hear from the people they care for, and to act on it. Most feedback still arrives late, through a survey few people finish, and says little about the moment that mattered.

Straight Talking is about that moment: a quick, honest word on how care felt, with that service and the people in it. Nothing wider than that, and nothing harder.

How it works

Under a minute, from scan to listened to.

01

Scan

A QR code on a stand, card or poster where care happens: the waiting room, the ward, the care home or a carer’s visit.

02

Say it

A rating and a few words about that visit, in the person’s own language. No account and no app to download.

03

Straight to the right person

Compliments reach the team who earned them. Concerns go straight to someone who can act.

04

Patients hear each other

With permission, kind words and “you said, we did” appear on a screen where patients wait, so the next person knows it is worth speaking up.

Who it is for

NHS, independent and social care.

Clinics, practices, hospitals, care homes and home care services that want a direct feedback loop with the people they look after, without another long survey.

Feedback is anonymous by default. No patient-identifiable information is held against what people say.
