Since the first loaf
We bake slowly, cook simply and pour properly. That is the whole idea.
Our sourdough takes two days. The buns are rolled by hand before sunrise. The menu changes with what is good this week, and if you ask for the crusty end of the loaf, it is yours.

We keep half our tables for walk-ins. For weekends, birthdays and groups of six or more, book here and we will confirm by email. Celebration cakes need 48 hours’ notice, from £28.
